ANDREW G. KRIEBER joined Moffett, Sims, Gauthier & Willoughby, PC in April 2023. His practice predominantly focuses on defense litigation on behalf of insurance carriers, insureds, and self-insured corporations. Mr. Krieber handles a wide variety of matters involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, catastrophic injuries and damages, insurance coverage disputes, First-Party and Third-Party No-Fault, premises liability, general negligence, commercial and business litigation, and other general civil litigation matters throughout Michigan’s State and Federal courts.
In 2015, he graduated from James Madison College of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy with a Business Cognate. In 2018, he obtained his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. Mr. Krieber is also accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US), the gold standard certification for information privacy professionals.
